How ECS is operating during Coronavirus
A message about Coronavirus (COVID-19) for the people who use our services
As a provider of local Healthwatch, advocacy and information and advice services throughout England, we know that you will be concerned about what Coronavirus (COVID-19) means for you and the support you will be getting from Engaging Communities Solutions during the crisis.
The key points for us to highlight are:
All our staff are all safely working from home while providing remote support to people so they can remain safe and continue to receive the advocacy support that they need.
ECS, in delivering local Healthwatch, remains committed to providing information, advice, and independent advocacy support wherever possible. Even if we cannot provide advocacy in person at this time due to the government’s social distancing advice, we will still do what we can to support you, including providing help by phone and email.
All our Healthwatch teams are operational and on hand to provide you with the latest government advice on the Coronavirus, as well as all other aspects of health and social care. Freephones in each of our Healthwatch teams are open for you to call as usual and we have staff on hand to respond to your online queries. All enquiries will be responded to as quickly as possible.
We will be updating our local Healthwatch websites regularly to provide new information as it becomes available and will provide information in as many formats as we can.
