Season’s greetings from Engaging Communities Solutions (ECS)

As a difficult year draws to a close, everyone at ECS wishes you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! As we celebrate this Christmas season, we want to wish you and your family peace, goodwill, and happiness during this special time of year and beyond. 

Elizabeth Learoyd, Managing Director of ECS said: “We are enormously grateful to all those of you who have continued to support our work over the last year, be it by sharing your experiences of care, giving up your time as a volunteer or acting on people’s feedback.  You have helped us be a champion for local people through our delivery of local Healthwatch and Advocacy services.  On behalf of ECS, I would like to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!” 

The network of ECS Healthwatch offices will close from 5pm on Thursday 22nd of December 2022. Offices will reopen for business as usual on Wednesday 28 December, but you can still get in touch by sharing your experience of local health and social care services on our websites, completing our online form, or sending us an email, and we will reply as soon as possible once we are back in the office in January.
