Partnering for Improvement

Birmingham University- funded by NIHR

This project is a project that is led by Birmingham University that is considering how NHs bodies are partnering with one another through formal mergers or more informal structures and mentoring to make improvements in service delivery.

ECS were commissioned by the University to provide the patient and public involvement in the project, carrying out a workshop and interviews with patients and patient representatives.

The project is now in its final stages with final findings being due for publication in September 2021.
