Engaging Communities Solutions CIC (ECS) supports UK Government Kickstart Scheme
The kickstart scheme is a great way to get young people the work experience that some employers insist on having when applying for roles.
One of our “Core Values” is “giving back”- we share our successes by giving back to the community around us – to people who can use the help. As a part of this endeavor, ECS supports the UK government Kickstart Scheme, by helping young people into employment, develop their skills & employability, and hopefully move into exciting new careers.
Elizabeth Learoyd, Managing Director of ECS said: " Equipping young people with the skills they need to succeed is a vital part of our plan. I'm delighted that through the Government's Kickstart Scheme ECS are creating opportunities for young people across the country to get into careers in our thriving health and social care industry."
